Order Processing

Please allow 48 hours upon receipt of your order confirmation for your order to be processed. Once processed, your order will be forwarded to our carrier partners (Canada Post or Amazon Fulfulment) for shipment.  Our 48 Hours service runs Monday - Saturday PST

Shipping Delivery (Canada)

Cost of shipping your package will be determined by the pre-tax, post-discount value of your order. Please note, all shipping details are in business days. Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for either shipping method.

E-mail will be sent with tracking number, at different stages of delivery, including package being forwarded to our carrier partners, out-for-delivery and delivered.

Local Delivery (Vancouver)

FREE Local Delivery to City of Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond. Orders are delivered same-day (order placed before 2pm PST) or next business day.  We will email with confirmation and a delivery time, at which time you can give us any specific delivery instructions.  All deliveries are non-contact.

All packing, shipping, and deliveries are done with strict cleaning and policies according to Provincial and City health guidelines.
