Who are we?
We are a Startup company based in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Our vision is to offer great products to our customers at fair prices. We do not have a physical store, at this stage, but we are committed to serve you whenever and wherever you want.We are working with Shopify to develop this channel and co-operating with Canada Post and Amazon on logistics arrangement. You can find us online on Amazon.ca and Etsy.com, www.mountparker.ca, @mountparker_ca on Instagram and Pinterest

Where can I buy your products if I don’t live in Canada?
Our website: www.mountparker.ca offers international shipping to worldwide countries and we are working with Canada Post to provide different shipping options. We will continue to search for the right logistics partner to bring the shipping cost down 

 

REGISTRATION

Do I need to register before I place an order?
No, you do not need to register before placing an order. You may check out as a Guest or you can create an account when you are finished your order.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discovery and Diners Club. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Interac. We are working with Shopify to develop this website and they are managing the transaction processes on our behalf

 

ORDERS

Do prices displayed on the website include taxes?
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, as well as shipping charges, and will be displayed on your Order Summary page.

Can I modify or cancel my order? 
Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, please try to change or cancel an order within 3 hours once it has been placed. Or, you can contact us by email: info@mountparker.ca if you need any assistance regarding your order.

 

SHIPPING

What shipping options can I choose from?

Where can I locate my tracking number?
E-mail will be sent with tracking number, at different stages of delivery, including package being forwarded to our carrier partners, out-for-delivery and delivered. You can also track your order by entering your order number into the tracking area on the Canada Post website here.

    

RETURNS

What is your Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can always contact us for any return question at Info@mountparker.ca and we will provide a feedback to you within 48 hours.

I received my order but the product is damaged on arrival, can I exchange?Yes, you are welcome to exchange your items. To start a return, you can contact us at Info@mountparker.ca. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once you have send the package, make a separate purchase for the new item and we can deliver to you as quickly as we can.

How soon will I receive a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
